At RAYAH PACK, we are committed to delivering the highest quality custom paper bags and packaging solutions. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, which are manufactured specifically to your unique specifications (including size, material, color, and print design), we operate under a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read the following carefully.
All orders for custom-manufactured paper bags are final and non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable once production has commenced. This is because these items are produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you receive products that have a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty handles, incorrect gluing, consistent printing errors not matching the approved proof, or substandard material as specified), we will gladly rectify the situation.
Please contact our customer service team at sajid@rayahpack.ae within 7 business days of receiving your order. You must provide:
Your original order number.
Clear photographs and/or video evidence of the defects.
A description of the issue.
Upon validation of the defect by our quality team, we will, at our discretion, either:
Replace the defective units at no extra cost.
Issue a partial refund corresponding to the defective portion of the order.
Offer a credit for a future order.
In the rare event that we ship the completely wrong product (different from what was stated in your order confirmation), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect goods at our expense and expedite the production and delivery of the correct order.
It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the final digital or physical proof before production begins. RAYAH PACK will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information (e.g., typos in text, wrong color codes, incorrect dimensions) provided by the client or for errors that were present in the approved proof. No returns or refunds will be issued in such cases.
Order cancellations are only accepted if requested in writing within 24 hours of order placement and before the production process has started. Once production has commenced, the full order value becomes due.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the boxes or packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
